Shatta Wale In the late hours of the 31st of March, Shatta Wale made the shocking announcement regarding dropping his last album to the surprise of his fans via a social media post. He disclosed that he has made enough money to start up business ventures and create employment for those who are willing to follow the course. On February 23rd, more than 70 million songs, 2.2 million podcast titles, and over 4 billion playlists became officially available to Spotify listeners in Ghana for free. Spotify launched with a tailored music experience for Africa with more than 100 expertly curated playlists across some of the most popular genres in the continent. But what got the fans listening? The first 30 days demonstrated how Ghanaian listeners overall love a mix of local and Pan-African artists, with 4 of the top artists being from Ghana and Nigeria. Top streamed artists. Nigerian singer, Teni has talked about her late father, being inspired by him, Tiwa Savage , feminism and growing up as a privileged kid. Teni Speaking in an interview session with presenter, Chude which was uploaded on YNaija’s Youtube channel on the 21st of March 2021, Teni shared sad moments of her life, losing and being inspired by her dad, being brought up in the right way by mum, her album and feminism.
